Each family had its own secret recipe, passed down through generations. Coffee, on the other hand, has its roots in the ancient coffee forests of Ethiopia. Legend has it that a goat herder discovered the potential of coffee beans when he noticed his goats becoming energetic after eating berries from a certain tree. From there, coffee spread to the Arabian Peninsula and eventually across the globe. At Chai Corner, we bring together these two rich histories.
